CREATIVE BASS PLAYER needed for a new original project (Blue Bell, PA) Currently we are a two person songwriting team of drummer and multi-instrumentalist (primarily acoustic rhythm guitar with some bass and violin). Our developing songs span different styles, have a heavy groove, and attempt to stretch musically, but still have a listenable quality. We’re looking for a bassist that will complement us on both a musical and personal level- that is can play and still have some fun. We would like to find an “in the pocket” player with an understanding of theory and different styles. Good quality gear, transportation, and a day job are needed and slap, fretless, and/or a 5 string are a bonus. We have rehearsal space with a PA.
