High Dives in Farmington
The High Dives, a newly formed band need a bass player! This is a garage rock/garage punk/freak beat/psychedelic band, covering 60's bands like the Sonics, Love, Lollipop Shoppe, the Uniques, the Seeds, Standells, Stooges, Electric Prunes, Q65, MC5, 13th Floor Elevators, Sparkles, Yardbirds and also early Stones, Kinks, Who, Pretty Things, The Misunderstood, etc. We have vocals, guitars, and drums. Our bass player is switching to guitar/keys/harmonica. Stage presence and attitude is equally as important as as ability. Familiarity with the genre would be helpful. The band is not a full time job, practice is weekly, will gig as often as possible, once/twice a month. We have a garage, of course.
